Our gym has been around since 2014, and offering a varied and challenging fitness experience to a diverse cross-section of the Lawrence community.

We are students and “townies.” Some of us are former collegiate athletes, but most of us are not.

Our age range is teens to 70s.

Most of us don’t fit the CrossFit stereotype. Many of us participate in the Open, and train for various CrossFit competitions, but many of us don’t.

We are a gym for all.

The great thing about CrossFit is that despite our diverse fitness goals and ability levels, all of us get our butts kicked every time we work out, and we feel good about it afterwards (once we catch our breaths).

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

5:30 a.m., 7 a.m., 9 a.m.,
4 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 7 p.m.

Closed Sundays

Rest day / catch-up day Thursdays!

On Thursdays, we take time off from regularly scheduled classes. Some members choose to rest completely. Others go for a run, or do yard work. The gym is open in the afternoon for those who want extra practice on specific movements, or want to catch-up on a workout they missed earlier in the week.

Open gym from 12 noon to 5:30 p.m. on Thursdays.
